This project started with a stakeholder meeting to determine the needs and strategy of branding for the organization with consideration for its stated mission and goals.
I put together a design brief that identified several key concepts that the identity was charged with communicating.

Sketching is a part of my process when designing anything. It is largely used to purge the typical and easy ideas. But it also allows me to explore broadly before deep diving into possible solutions.
Using the brief as a guide, I began traditional sketching. Trying to match the properties of an element to the intended message.
